Kinkos charges ten cents per photo copy if it is black and white. If you want to print in color (i never have) i bleive that they charge twenty five cents a page.
Yes kinkos absolutely does provide fax sevices. Kinkos is very popular and have many locations. Its self service but i do believe that they may charge you.
