They get paid in accordance with their rank and time in service. A Sergeant in Special Forces gets the same base pay that a Sergeant cook with an equal amount of time in service gets.
Their pay is based on rank and time in service, not MOS. They won't get paid any more than a desk clerk of equal rank and time in service.
Special Forces doesn't have a specific MOS for snipers. They may take a Weapons Specialist and equip them with a designated marksman rifle as the mission requires, but Special Forces operates on a much different model than what Hollywood perceives.
The United States Special Forces are a special operational unit that specializes in unconventional warfare. They place special emphasis on training with foreign troops, and much of their work is considered classified.
Special Forces is only in the Army, but TACP does fall under the Air Forces Special Tactics group which is considered Special Operations.
