Buell XBike engine oil capacity is 2.5 quarts including the oil filter. When changing oil, add two quarts and check level via dipstick with bike resting on side stand on flat and level surface. Add as required to bring level midway to full mark.
2.5 its 2.4 liters
None that I've seen BUT, the Buell XB12. and XB12XT are dual sport and can easily hang well with the pure crich rockets while being awesome for tall riders . Amazing torque too!
The rev limited top speed on a Buell XB12 is approximately 135 mph for 2003 thru 2007 models and 140 mph for 2008 thru 2010 models. The 2008+ models got an increased rev-limit, from 6,800 rpm to 7,100 rpm, thus the higher top speed. The above of course applies to a tucked-in, aerodynamically clad rider, not a fat man wearing a parachute. I've had a XB12X, with K&N airfilter, Xb12XT front fender and better exhaust to 147 mph, windshield bent and it felt like there was plenty left but my nerve ran out-rev limiter disabled. More intelligent people would have done this. ;-)
Have one contractor recover the refrigerant, and seal the unit with soldered caps, and evacuate and recharge with dry nitrogen. Move it, then have the other contractor reinstall it, as he would a new unit. No problem!
