I always boil eggs for at least 20 minutes just to be safe.
Whether eggs are good or bad for you seems to change every few years. But currently, I hard boiled eggs are considered a healthy source of protein, nutrients, and good cholesterol. 2 eggs a day is probably more than safe, its probably a pretty healthy breakfast.

In Weight Watchers, 1 large hard boiled egg is 2 points. You can make egg salad for 3 points or deviled eggs for 2 points as well. A Weight Watchers chopped salad is only 3 points.

What you should do is that you could cook them about 1 or 2 more minutes. Mabey that will help.:)
