Bolted to the engine at the end of the ignition wire
Hi, there are two, one is behind a flap on the end of the dashboard, accessible when you open the drivers door. Another is under the bonnet near the battery, it has a plastic cover over it. On the new Renault Laguna, known as the Lagune 3, the fusebox is in the glove box, behind a little flap that pulls down.
The reversing light switch on a Renault laguna is in much the same as on many other cars. Basically it links to the gearbox or the gear lever, so that when the gear lever is at the reverse position it engages the switch. On the laguna it is on the gearbox near to the left hand end (from the drivers view). You must remove the left front wheel to see it more clearly and possibly the plastic under-engine plastic shield. The switch is normally open, and shorts out when you engage reverse, so you can test it with an ohm meter.
Laguna Lakers ended in 2001.
The heater matrix can be accessed from the front passenger side. Remove the glove box and the flow end return pipes for the heater matrix can be seen. You will need a fairly long T20. Torx driver.
Renault-Elf-Gitane ended in 1985.
Wouldnt have thought the track rod end would have done that unless it was WAY out of tracking. It sounds more like a CV joint fault if its snatching the steering.
ignition on.. using button on end of stalk scroll through to service indication.. press button at least eight times... ignition off.. ignition back on and all reset
You should have an 'emergency key' that pulls out of the end of the key. The end of passenger door handle should have a hole/slit underneath. Insert a screwdriver and prise flap off and there is a keyhole underneath. Note that this will not deactivate the alarm. The alarm stops when you insert your key into the slot.
if you are going to fit track rod end you will be better off fittig the track rod as well you will need 17mm 7mm 13mm spaners a good pair of grips undo track rod end ball joint first then take rubber boot off other end then get the grips on the ball joint housing reverse prosedure when putting back on then take it to garage to get tracking set up an hour at the most to do
you have to press in the button on the end of the wiper switch until you reach the spanner symble with only the ignition on and the car not running then hold for several seconds until it flashes and disapears but this spanner is telling you the car needs a service. Depends which model?
no. if you've seen one with a laguna front end, someone put it on. they never came as an option. the front end fits, so it's easy to put on.
