About 1/3 to 1/4 of a tank.
It will take a skilled mechanic approximately 5 hours to change the fuel pump in your 1991 Mercury Cougar. It can take a novice mechanic much longer.
Mariner 10 mapped 45% of Mercury back in 1974/75, and Messenger just added another 30% back in January 2008.
Well, If you mean the fuel pump in the fuel tank, it is a 12 volt pump. The pump runs with the 12 volt system of the car.
The price of repairs can vary a lot by location. The estimate to replace the fuel pump on a 1992 Mercury Sable is between $478 and $727. The estimate for the fuel filter replacement is $115 to $150. Both estimates include parts and labor, but not tax.
Apollo 11 carried about 57,000 pounds of fuel to return to Earth. The fuel was sourced from the Lunar Module's descent stage, which used a hypergolic propellant combination of Aerozine 50 and nitrogen tetroxide.
it better come back i love that show and miss it so much!!!!!!!!!
I just took my 1983 Mercury 80 hp Blue Band out yesterday on a 5 meter half cabin Australian Swift Craft. I kept it at approx 20 knots (backed off from full throttle which would be about 38 knots) for approx 80 minutes and used 27 Liters of Fuel. I was shocked that it used so much fuel.... was thinking sail boat. Or at least always cruising with the wind at my back. I noticed the huge difference in consumption coming back against the wind. It was my first time to measure fuel consumption. I'm still playing with cruising speeds.... Guess we are back to the sixties.
Its under the fuel tank in the back left of the car to measure how much fuel is still left in the tank.
We have a 99 with the same problem. I've spoken with three others with the same problem. Gauges go out, come back on then go out for days at a time. When they do come back on, the fuel and odometer stay off. Great not knowing how much gas you have these days.
