There is none, except for Japanese versions if I recall.
The 1999 Mazda Miata is a returnless fuel system. It has a Fuel Pressure Regulator in the tank (above the fuel pump), and a snub at the end of the fuel rail.

Fuel gauges are approximate at best, but there is probably a gallon or two. This is a 15-year-old car, so it would be best to add fuel when you first notice the light activated. Everything wears out, including fuel level sensors.
