The cost of good quality grain such as oats, barley, corn, et cetera will vary according to location, manufacturer, where it is purchased and time of year. You can expect to pay $9 or more for a bag of corn and $12 or more for oats of decent quality, higher quality brands are more expensive and tend to fall into the $15+ per bag line.
If by grain you meant processed feeds like pellets, horse nuts et cetera then these will also vary according to the factors listed above, but will generally cost more along the lines of $15-$40 per bag.

you can feed your horse a few of the grains below:

oats, barley, corn, linseed, alfalfa, sugar beet, beet pulp, bran, sugarbeet pulp, and maize. also, linseed should be boiled for many hours until the seeds split. and horses stomachs might look big, but really they not that big so you should only feed a little at a time. note that i got a little of this info from the books THE COMPLETE HORSE MANUAL BY Colin Vogel. hope you liked it!
