No, 200c is cool, most central heating systems would be set to 220c to 240c to keep you home warm and comfortable.

In the fuse box.
Buick calls it champaign, it is a metallic gold color.
Assuming you've started with a pale or lager malt, 220C (430F) for about 1 to 1.5 hours for chocolate malt220C (430F) for 2 to 2.5 for black malt
3-4 minutes at aroung 200-220C
HOT and COLD are relative terms, not absolutes. I can feel cold when other people are hot. Heat is an absolute. It is a form of energy. Tile will absorb heat if the surroundings are at a higher temperature. Tile will release heat if the surroundings are at a lower temperature. Just like water. Water at 1000C will release heat to a room of 220C, but water at 50C will absorbe heat from the same room. Nothing gives off cold. That is just the relative feeling of something that is absorbing a lot of heat from its surroundings.

Spider silk withstands temperatures of up to 220C (364F), and a normal candle flame is about 1000C, so nope, it's not fireproof.

i have a candelstick holder marked with wb meg co 220c
40C + 273 = 313K 220C + 273 = 493K (1 - (313/493)) *100) = 36.5% thermodynamic efficiency. Amazing, but then your temperatures are fantastic!
