They did not have a 302 in the Camaro's in 1985.
It was a 305. It came with a few horsepower outputs.
The lowest hp was rated at 155 hp, the 305=5.0 HO was rated at 190 hp and the 305 with TPI was rated at 215 hp.
Chevy DID offer a 302 from 1967 to 1969.
It was the engine installed in the True Z/28 Camaros of the day.

actually it was 390hp it was under rated for insurance reasons and if you wanted a real beast add the cross ram with 2 4s and it was close to 500 hp
the 1985 camaro Z28 had 178HP from what I remember of the 3 I owned back in the 80's but that is the 5.0 HO engine NOT the 5.7 ltr
