Not enough... If it had enough, you would not be asking this question!! Another answer would be the 2008 has plenty of power. Both answers are correct. The actual horsepower number is just that... only a number. If you really need a number, a 2008 883 Sportster produces approximately 55 horsepower at 6000 rpm. Harley does not advertise the stock numbers. You have to find someone who has dyno tuned a stock bike. Usually when money is spent on a dyno, the bike is no longer stock.
