The 75 camaro came in 3 varieties. The 250c.i. v-6 rated at 105hp. A two-barrel 350 v-8 rated at 145hp and a four barrel version of the same engine rated at 155hp. The v-8 engines' horsepower can be significantly improved by modest performance upgrades such as a carburetor, headers, or tuning all of which were restricted in favor of better fuel economy and emissions standards over the much higher rated horsepower cars earlier in the decade.
