Since you didn't specify an engine (this is quite important, as a sportbike engine doesn't make much of it's peak power at 5,000 RPOM, since it's tuned to run as high as 10,000, but an ordinary passenger car makes most if not peak power at around 5,000 RPM) but put it in the Explorer/Ranger section, I'm going to have to assume you're asking about the engines available in those two vehicles. Since they share between them the OHV and OHC Cologne V6, I'll go with that information. For the OHV (99 and earlier models) it would be close to it's peak of around 160 HP, while the OHC (2000 and later) is just before it's peak of 210HP.
