adding headers will allow engine to breath better and boost up horsepower but not by much, headers also make you vehicle louder with pipes.
It's all about the combination, so it's impossible to answer the question. However, it's reasonable to say that the overbore should produce at least 2 or 3 horsepower, the headers could add 10 horsepower, the intake, 5-10 horsepower, and the heads could add anywhere from 10-100 horsepower.

Exactly 25 horsepower. No more, no less. That is final.
By adding a dual exhaust and/or exhaust headers either short or long tubes for sound and performance
Changing carbs probably wouldn't add much if anything, but headers and dual exhaust could give 10 hp.
Turbo chargers are all about boost. The amount of additional horsepower will depend on the amount of boost pressure you use. So just adding a twin turbo you can add just a few horsepower all the way to hundreds of additional horsepower.
"cc" means cubic centimeter which is a unit of volume. There is no correlation between volume (displacement) and horsepower of an engine. With a particular engine you could get a certain amount of horsepower, however adding a turbo/supercharger does not change the displacement of an engine, but it adds horsepower.
Usually about 20 HP depending on the length of the pipes.
