I had a 1991 and it was rated at 225 horsepower at 4200 RPM and 300 ft-lbs torque at 3200 RPM from the factory , I believe the 1990 was the same
None, If you do it correctly, calibrate the MAF or ECM. Untill you flow more air, you don't need more fuel. Thus no more HP...
if it has a stock fuel pump with 19lb injectors, 39-42lbs is a good range..
The 2010 Mustang GT is rated at 315 horsepower with its 4.6L V8 engine. But now we have a new Mustang, the 2011 Mustang GT. It is rated at 411 horsepower with its 5.0L V8 engine, and it has improved/class leading fuel economy of 26mpg. But, Car and Driver did a dyno run on the new 2011 GT, and they got a reading more than any other car in its class, 436 horsepower!

The Yamaha WR500 ranges in horsepower according to the care given to the motor, the fuel mixture, and similar factors. Generally however, the WR500 tops out between 45 and 50 horsepower on a stock engine.
There is no twin turbo V6 Mustang. The new 2011 Mustang has a 5.0L V8 engine that produces 411 horsepower and has class-leading fuel economy of 26 mpg highway. The standard 3.7L V6 engine produces 305 horsepower and has class-leading fuel economy of 28 mpg highway. But, Ford has tested the 2011 V6 Mustang and exceeded 45mpg, somewhere around the 48 mpg mark under very strict driving. Mustang is also the fastest muscle car of the American Big Three, V6 OR V8. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A stock 350 CID Chevy will put out anywhere from 150 hp to about 300 hp, depending on when it was made. Or if it is fuel injected the power ratings may be higher.
if your eclipse is bone stock then the computer will attempt to compensate for the amount of fuel being dumped into your motor by decreasing your fuel injector pulse width thus negating putting racing injectors into your stock eclipse in a futile attempt to add horsepower.
