if you can find the hp. of the eng., you can add between 12-20 more hp. for the headers.
Changing carbs probably wouldn't add much if anything, but headers and dual exhaust could give 10 hp.
It does depend on the engine, but I'd shoot a little higher and say headers will give a good 15-30 hp 3 or 4 hp depending on the engine

Headers may add 3-5 hp depending on design and a cold air intake will add around 4-7 hp for a total gain of 7-12 hp untuned. Definitely worth it especially with the nice throaty sound you will get out of it.
There are too many variables that determine what hp increase headers will give. Engine size, carbed,f.i.,stock,hi perforforman ce,car weight,the list goes on and on....
ABout 161 hp out of the factory with mods such as exhaust headers and wide pipe with cold air intake its about 218.
