Much the same things we do, with french recipes; this does not include things such as french toast, that is a snack.

It depends, how much toast do you have.... It also depends on how many toast your toaster can toast.
Casserole French Toast is much like traditional French Toast but, this is placed in a casserole dish, like a lasagna, and baked. Basically, one would take a loaf of bread, cut it into slices and lay the slices onto a casserole dish. One would then pour 5-8 beaten eggs over the bread, leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, dot the bread with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 380, and you have French Toast from the oven, in a casserole dish.
None U Just whip up egg yolks and soak the bread in it then fry
you toast them a little bit, but not to much or you get a fire
Toast is roughly 60-80 calories per slice (based on plain toast, without any toppings). Most serving sizes for toast would be about 1 slice.
It was a present from the French, and stood as a symbol of peace and alliance between the two countries...so much for that!

Personally I think toast, it fills me up much more compared to cereal. I would have to eat three bowls of cereal in order to feel full up as much as one slice of toast would make me.
