It would be worth about US$14,500 if it were in valid Bolivian currency, but, I assume you are talking about the decommissioned 100,000 Boliviano bill, which is worthless, except to collectors. An uncirculated bill sold recently online for US$2 and I bought a pretty ragged one last month for $0.15 in a Bolivian Tourist Shop.
It hearkened from the days of the hyperinflation brought about by the Harvard Univeristy and University of Chicago "shock treatment" policies intended to further enslave the Bolivian people under the globalist arm of the World Bank.
Now, with a righteous president, Evo Morales, who cares about his own people, the economy is not suffering as it then was. Current problems with the economy stem from not having foreign corporations' efficiency, but it outweighs the iron fist of control from abroad. 100,000 pennies is worth $1,000 in US dollars. This is because there are 100 pennies in a dollar, so to find the dollar amount, you divide 100,000 by 100. Thus, 100,000 pennies equals 1,000 dollars.
