If it is a Philippines 1944 20 centavos coin then it is 75% silver and contains .0965 oz silver.

It's called a Winged Liberty or Mercury Head dime, with the date of 1944 the coin is very common and value is likely just for the silver about a dollar. The "W" is the designers ( A. Weinman) monogram.
There is no 1944 liberty dollar. There is a 1944 liberty walking half dollar. The average value of these is about 10-12 dollars.
There was no such coin minted in the USA in 1924.
