One quarter of a gigabyte, 256MB is 0.256GB.
256mb
No. There is 1056Mb in 1 GB. There is no such thing as 80GB of memory right now, so you must be talking about a hard drive. Memory and hard drive storage are completely different. 256Mb, though small, would be a number related to memory.
not even close. there is about 1000mb in a gb
2gb... gigabyte is larger than megabytes
No 2 Gb is 8 times bigger than 256 Mb.
Assuming the 1G refers 1 GB(or Gigabyte) no, 256mb is not more than that. MB, or a Megabyte is equal to 1,000,000 bytes. Therefore, 256MB is 256,000,000 bytes. Whereas a GB, or Gigabyte is equal to 1,000,000,000 bytes.
256mb can hold almost nothing you must atleast have 4 GB
I gigabyte is 1,024 megabytes... so the 1gb is bigger - 4 times bigger.
When I used it, I could run it from about 256MB RAM
well it doesn't have a hard drive on top the memory is in the unit it has about 256mb i recommend getting at least a 20 GB hard drive if you are going to download things.
Gigabytes or "GB". For example, my computer has 4 GB of RAM. Older systems are usually measured in megabytes or "MB". 256MB was common for systems pre 2003.
