a 14 year old is supposed to be 43-47
PS don't worry if you are lighter or heavier...
At 14, it is difficult to say because you aren't a child, but you haven't grown enough to use the adult system accurately.
I would suggest looking at the BMI, and for someone of your height, the ideal weight range is 136lbs - 164lbs. This is roughly 61kg - 75kg.
Since you are younger, I would say the range would be slightly bigger, so that it is more acceptable to weigh a bit more, since you will require more energy for growth. This is not to say that it would be healthy to be a lot over the high end of the range, however.
I would estimate that you would be at a healthy weight up to about 78kg (172lbs) but that is only an estimate.
A average 13 year old should weigh about 110-135 lbs.
It really depends on how tall you are and whether your male or female.
