There is no such thing as a "feather" penny. Lincoln cents with wheat-ear backs are sometimes confused with "feathers". However, this design was not issued until 1909.

Those are wheat stalks, not feathers. And it's worth about 2-3 cents unless it is in exceptionally fine condition.
The only US one cent coin dated 1901 is a Indian Head cent, and none were struck at San Francisco in 1901, so look at the coin again and post new question.

For U.S. coins, 1901 would make it an Indian Head cent, worth a couple dollars. If it shows a woman's face, it would probably be Queen Victoria, making it either a Canadian or British penny.
