They are called "Wheat Penny's" not wheat head. The 1944 Lincoln cent is the first U.S. coin to have a mintage of One Billionor more, it is not rare or even hard to find, it's extremely common. Circulated coins are valued at 3 to 10 cents, depending on the actual grade.
