1941 is a very common date for wheat cents. In circulated condition, it's worth about 2 cents.

More:It all depends on where it was minted and what condition the coin is in. In 1941, the Lincoln Wheat Penny was minted in Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco.

These are the prices for each mint according to USA Coin Book:

Philadelphia (no mint mark): In good average circulated condition, it is worth about $0.15 while in MS60 mint condition, it is worth about $1.90. In MS63 Choice uncirculated condition, it is worth about $3.75. Philadelphia also minted proof coins, which are worth about $40 in PR63 condition.

Denver (small "D" mint mark): In good average circulated condition, it is worth about $0.15 while in MS60 mint condition, it is worth about $3.75. In MS63 Choice uncirculated condition, it is worth about $5.50.

San Francisco (small "S" mint mark): In good average circulated condition, it is worth about $0.15 while in MS60 mint condition, it is worth about $3.75. In MS63 Choice uncirculated condition, it is worth about $5.50.

Below are some links to view the values of the coins for each mint for other intermediate conditions.

Circulated US wheat cents from the 40's & 50's are very common and most only have values of 3 to 10 cents.

For a guide, go to Ebay and type in exactly what you have and compare condition and prices.
