I don't see why they wouldn't. The police package (9C1) engine and tranny are just built heavier. The engine is beefed up a little more and so is the tranny. As far as I know they'll fit right in there.
Chevrolet is by itself. Other GM makes can be interchanged with each other, but not Chevy.

walk to the right side of the bike. lay down and look underneath the bike. You will see an oil pan just behind the engine and just below the tranny. the engine oil drain plug is at the front and the tranny plug is facing you and about half way of the pan
yes and it will bolt up to the tranny. The fuel injection systems may differ. If the 8th digit on both vehicle vehicles VIN is "W" you have a direct bolt in.
more then likely being the engines are so different youll have to basically have a donor car to use as youll probly need the wirehareness and computer along with the engine and tranny and possibly the drive shafts as well as custom mounts for the engine and tranny
