First thing is, all US Coins dated 2000 struck at the Denver Mint have E-PLURIBUS-UNUM on them. This Latin phrase is the National Motto and is on every coin, just look in your pocket. Second is, denominations are needed, post new question.
This is not a coin made by the US mint. These coins generally have no collector value. If the coin is silver it will be worth more but if it is only silver plated with copper underneath it will be worth less.
The "S" mintmark denotes this coin as a Proof coin. Unless it has been handled correctly it's only one cent. The Mint does not sell single one cent proof coins. If the coin is still in collectible condition, the value is about $2.00.

it depends what coin and what the condition is of that coin, a circulated coin is worth less than a mint condition one.
The value of a 1800 silver dime depends on the condition of the coin. In mint condition this coin sells for as much as 2000 dollars as of 2014.
