It depends by what you mean "mint condition" if it is in a mint uncirculated set, it could be worth some in a set. If it is a proof it is worth even more, and even more if it is a silver proof. All of the proofs should come in a special case from the mint. If you are talking about a coin certified by a company like PGS or NGC, the only time the coin might be worth more than 25 cents is if it is graded a MS-70 by a reputable grading company. However, if you mean "mint condition" as what looks like a nice coin that you got in change, it is not mint condition by collectors, 2009 quarters aren't exactly rare, there are no precious metals in it and it is worth 25 cents.
