They are selling on ebay right now for $3.50 shipped. The bills are worthless. Put it in your collection and save it. It is not a bill that is ever going to be worth any real money. Case in point, see related link.

Assuming it's a US $100 bill, yes, it's worth $100. Someone took a stamp pad and added the picture of the animal.
There has never been an official US bill with that value. The largest bill ever printed was worth $100,000 and it never circulated in normal commerce. The largest bill that was put into circulation was worth $10,000.
There are several different issues (years, designs and signature varieties) of the 25-Dinar Note, but the most common ones are the one with the Saddam Hussein portrait on front (75 cents to $2.50 in perfect condition) - and the green note with the three Arabian horses on front (50 cents to $1.25 in perfect condition). As far as exchange value, as of now, it would only take one US dollar to buy about 1,600 Iraqi Dinars!
Not one red cent, keep it and in tweenty years it may add up to a few dollars... As money, nothing. As a collectable, very little since there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of them around, brought back as souveniers from both desert wars. But as a novelty item, the asking price is usually $2-$5. You can probably find some on eBay and see if they are selling.
There has never been an American $500,000 bill. The largest US bill ever printed was worth $100,000 and was only used for internal government transactions.
