8-3-11>>> None of the Bicentennial coins regardless of denomination or mintmark made for general circulation contain any silver or are worth more than face value. Only Proof and collectors coins sold from the US Mint are worth more.
If you don't believe it, try to sell one to a coin dealer.

1935? Whose bicentennial was that?
i dont know what you question is about the silver dollar but i am asuming you would like to know a little about it. The bicentenial silver dollar was circulated in the year 1976 as an anniversary. It's value can range on the grade of the coin, however in good condition is worth about 5.00-7.00. In (ok) condition is worth about (1.50-4.00). I hope that will let you know a little bit more about the 1976 Bicentenial Silver Dollar.
Unless it is in mint packaging or has an "S" mintmark, it is only worth 50 cents. They are in common circulation.
It depends what it's made of...If it's from the San Francisco Mint and it's silver, it's probably worth at least $5.00. If it's from any other mint mark it's worth a dollar.
With the exception of certain proof sets, they are only worth the face value of the coin.

BICENTENNIAL, not "bicentenial" QUARTER, not "quater" 1776-1976, not just "1776" And only worth 25 cents. Billions were minted and many were saved as keepsakes.
Five cents in uncirculated condition. If the coin is worn/tarnished/shows signs of being in circulation, it may only be worth its face value.
I would check the completed items at an online auction website.
There were 1.7 billion bicentennial quarters minted, and they're still worth 25 cents each. The only ones worth more are the silver and proof varieties.
