$1 unless it has an "S" mintmark and then it is a 40% silver coin worth silver melt value which at the time of writing is worth about $6.50. But Ike dollars really aren't worth too much to collectors unless they have the "S" mintmark and are silver.
Kennedy has never been on a dollar coin, only halves. A 1971 dollar coin has Eisenhower on it and is only worth a dollar.

It's Dollar not dollor and the coin is a Ben Franklin Half dollar not a "liberty" half dollar and value is likely $5.00 just for the silver, only high grade mint state coins have better values.
