The fuel pump is situated in the fuel tank so this has to be removed.

You'll need to empty the fuel tank first. Then lower it after disconnecting the electrical connection. The fuel pump can then be accessed from the top of the tank.
Its likely that the fuel pump has become faulty and is drawing too much power. You can replace the fuse which will get it to work again however it will blow again soon which you have already experienced. You will have to take the car to a garage and get the fuel pump replaced by the mechanic.

If there is not an access panel inside the vehicle above the fuel tank you will have to drop the fuel tank.
