100 coin sets run from $55.00-$70.00 retail depending on what type of album the coins are in.
The value of a full Quarter Collecting book with all state quarters can vary depending on the condition of the coins and their rarity. Generally, a complete set of state quarters in uncirculated condition could be worth around $10-20, while a set with circulated coins may be valued less. It is always recommended to have a coin dealer or appraiser evaluate the collection for a more accurate estimate.
All the 1999 state quarters are worth more than the other years. That is b/c it was only minted half the year vs. a full year. Typically, you'll find half the quanity as the other state released quarters.

Unless they're proof or uncirculated coins in their original package, they'll be worth 25c each. You might be able to get some extra for a set of circulated coins in a commercially-produced holder, but so many quarters have been struck and so many companies make holders and cases, it's unlikely that there will be a significant increase in value over the next few years.
I expect to be able to buy full sets for $12.50 or possibly even less when people consign them to absolute auctions. There will be so many sets around that they will not bring a significant premium for a century, unless one of series has a very small mintage for some reason. If your coins came out of circulation, they will not have any added value, and probably never will. This is because there are so many people making sets from coins in uncirculated condition -- nobody will want a circulated set when an uncirculated set is so easily available for so little of a price. There are hundreds of millions of each state / each mint produced. It's not likely any of them will ever be considered rare or valuable. If you're making a state quarter set, don't do it for any investment potential, do it for the enjoyment of getting all the coins together and having them all.
Mint State 1958 Jefferson nickels under the grade of MS-63 are less then a dollar retail. The higher grades are $1.25-$5.00
The volume of a quarter is 3236 mm3 approx. 5 US gallons = 22,044,419 mm3 Therefore a full bucket would hold approx 22044419/3236 = 6813 quarters They would be worth 6813/4 = 1703 dollars. The true value is likely to be significantly less because of gaps between the coins.
The 2 liter bottle has the same worth regardless of what it is filled with, probable 1/10th of a cent or less.
The National Parks quarters are still in progress, so a complete set of those won't be possible until the year 2022. A full set of Statehood quarters, including DC and the Territories is 56 quarters (or 112 for both Philadelphia and Denver). None of the coins in the series are rare, but it might be possible to get 50 cents per coin if they're truly uncirculated. That's double face value.
Two pounds of U.S. quarters is $40 (four full rolls of quarters).
