A crazy motor swap would be a k20a or k20z.. there would be some work, required, but this isn't bad for 200hp...

Yes with customization, by factory no. Except for cosmetics there is no real reason to run dual exhaust on such a small motor. In my opion' Yes I agree, save your money for a better motor or a turbo. Don't waste money on a 1.5 liter dual exaust, save it for a motor swap. Many Honda engines fit quite nicely in a del sol. b18c1 , b18c5, b16a and even the K20a fits in nicely , even with AC and power steering.
