Sorry this isn't a American silver eagle. This is a Morgan silver dollar. The mintmark is located above the DO in DOLLAR on the back of the coin.
Just recently with the advent of bullion coins such as the American Silver Eagle. Coins intended for circulation were never 100% silver because silver is simply too soft of a metal for coinage. They were 90% silver in American coins until 1964 for dimes, quarters and half dollars, but other than bullion coins, no coins are made of 100% silver.
American Silver Eagles were fist made in 1986, by the date (1943) you have a Liberty Walking Half dollar with a average value of $10.00

Sheridan silver is copper plated with silver.
The first Sheridan model C Silver Streak was called "The Sheridan" it was made from 1949 to 1990. After that it was called the C9 Silver Streak.

sheridan silver is usually made in niue. Every island trandition uses this special gift on every special occasion eg; weddings, birthdays and trditional haricutting ceremonies. Addition: it's definitely silver plate and not sterling silver.
It is real silver-plated. Full silver is described as 999 or sterling silver.

If it is a "C9 silver Streak" it would be worth around $140. If it is a "C Silver Streak" it would be worth around $235
