Well, an uncirculated one would sell for whatever 1 ounce of silver is selling for, today about $27. However you say with proof, I'm not sure what that means, if you mean it has some sort of certificate of authenticity or it is a proof coin. A proof coin will have mirror like fields (parts of the coin with no design) and an uncirculated coin will have shiny, but not mirror like fields. A proof coin is more expensive and would sell for around $70.
Assuming you mean a Walking Liberty design bullion piece sold by the mint as a "silver eagle", its value will fluctuate with the price of silver. As of 01/2009 a $1 silver eagle retails for $10 to $11.
There is no such thing. Your coin is most likely silver plated for jewelry
on the collecting side aroud $3 depending on condition.....the siver value is worth a little more than that on the melt value side.
Nearly ALL silver certificates were printed with blue seals so you need to be a lot more specific. Please post a new question with the bill's date, denomination, and whether there is a small letter next to the date.
In 1921 two different silver dollars were made, both dated 1921. The first one made is a Morgan dollar, on the front of the coin above Lady Liberty's head is the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM. The second one is a Peace dollar it has the word Liberty above Lady Liberty's head and the values are very different. Post new question with new information.

“What is the current market value of siver by the ounce”
It´s an American Ruger Mini-14/GB-FGreetz
More than 500 million Kennedy Half dollar coins with the dual date 1776-1976 were struck for circulation. Only proof and special uncirculated versions sold from the Mint and very high grade business strike coins have more than face value. If it was pulled from circulation (from a bank or as change) just spend it.
