Really, there is no set value for something like this. 1974 pennies in any condition aren't worth much more than 1 cent but if it is in a sealed bag, there may be some collectors who are willing to pay a bit more. I'd search around and see if any local coin dealers are willing to pay a premium for it because it is an unusual item.

What is the Value of an 1885 20 dollar piece?

If there is no mint mark on the back you should have it authenticated by a dealer or appraiser because an $20 coin from Philadelphia is a key date. As of 02/2009 values start around $5000 for a moderately worn example and can go over $35,000 if uncirculated. If there is a mint mark on the back its value will likely be much lower: With an S mint mark, $1100 to $1300 in circulated condition. With a CC mint mark, $1100 to $4000.

What is the value of a 1890 twenty dollar gold coin?

July 16, 2009 The 1890 double eagle was produced in 3 US Mint facilities; Philadelphia, Carson City and San Francisco. The mintmarks for these mints can be found on the reverse [tails] side of the coin beneath the eagle but above the word "TWENTY". The letter "S" indicates the coin was struck at the San Francisco mint, the letters "CC" indicates the coin was struck at the Carson City mint and if there is no letter beneath the eagle then that indicates the coin was struck at the Philadelphia mint and will be shown in this reply as 1890-P. The values for these coin in various circulated and uncirculated grades are shown in the chart below.
