In all my books I have not found a model 12 Winchester with the prefix code of 13T.The only prefix assigned by Winchester was F(featherweight) and Y which was assigned from 1972-1984.Browning made a run of 8,000 limited edition series from 1988-1992.I believe that is what you have, since your serial number has the 13T prefix.Check to see if it was made by Miroku of japan. If so then you have a browning made model 12.
There is a ton of information on the model shotgun. A 1/2 page at least. The Standard grade 12 guage in V/Good condition is worth $400. The Featherweight version is worth $450.
