ALL U.S. coins include the word Liberty so that's not a distinguishing characteristic. On the other hand, if you're referring to an image of Miss Liberty, it couldn't be a wheat cent. The wheat reverse was only used on Lincoln cents from 1909 to 1958. Cents minted up to 1857 were about the size of half dollars and were called Large Cents, not "Liberty cents", and definitely not "wheat cents" because that term was over a half-century in the future.
