North Kansas City
This answer was previously supplied by Leftoverdj: "Electric City" is a house brand, not the maker's name. An experienced gunsmith might be able to identify the maker by the design features, but the value is so low that such guns are rarely seen for repairs. The name tells us the gun was made for the Scranton. Pa market sometime after 1886 whe Scranton adopted that nickname.
I do not know how much this gun is worth but I purchased the 12 Ga. model at a gun shop in Mason City, IA. in 1971 or 1972. I still hunt with it. Have been looking for similar information.
Because it was the city with the first electric car!
Without seeing it, I would guess that the antique value is nonexistant. The name "Danial Boone" is unrelated to the American frontiersman and is only there to sell the shotgun. It is possible that the gun is American manufacture (Crescent City made thousands of inexpensive shotguns with every name brand you could imagine) or it could be a Spanish or Belgian shotgun. In any case, it is not a Purdy or Winchester or other brand which would command "antique" value. If the gun functions, it would be considered a field piece and could be worth a few hundred dollars. If it is worn out, it is a wall hanger and would not be worth the cost of restoration.
