Are you sure that you don't mean the IV-E not the VI-E. The IV-E repeater has a drum magazine on top of the breech. They were made around 1927-1938. Unfortunately you did not state the current condition of the rifle so "No" estimate of value can be given. You need to rate it, something like: Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent condition.
