It would depend on what you mean by "fixed." If they just need to be turned, that should be pretty cheap - especially if you have a friend with an auto shop or can use the Auto Hobby shop at a military base. If you say 'fix' but mean 'replace,' then you're talking more money - how much would depend on what type of rotor you want (OEM, Slotted/Drilled, Racing, etc).
