No need, chargers were made to fit 24's with no lift, i through some on my 07 se.
well, 20 inch rims fill the wheel well very nicely - So, I would have to assume that 4 additional inches in diamter would make the wheels rub while rotated at best, if the body is not lifted to accomidate the large rims. (Why would you put 24s on a Charger??)
you would have to get the bolts on the wheel well shaven down. there's a bolt above your tire just shave that down
The dodge magnum can fit 24s. You only can use a tire size 255/30/24, 275/25/24, or 245/30/24. Only thing you have to do is shave the thats above the tire. Shave just enough so it can clear tire. Thats it. no other modification is required. How do I know?? Because I used to owner a rt magnum on 24s, and I currently have a srt on 24s. The 300s and chargers require the same modification and tire size

It depends on how high you want it to sit up. But if you don't want it to sit up high, and you just want it lifted enough not to rub,3 inches. 4-5 inches will give it more than enough space not to rub but will also look good with 24s!!
That's 60rs + 24s, which factors to 12s(5r + 2)
you have to get to a mod garage
0n and 24s
of course you can
120V, but 20A, so not a regular outlet or wire.
A Johnson outboard, Model number CD-24S, would be a 1967 model, 6 hp.
