take out the spark spugs and crank the engine over until you pump all the water out of the combustion chamber......spray some starting fluid in where the spark plugs go...put your spark plugs back in and see if it will fire back up. This is considering you only hydrolocked the motor by sucking water in through the intake....hope this helps

The water pump circulates the coolant to cool the engine.
The water pump is on the front center of the engine.
IN THE WATER JACKET.
No. 1995 cherokee engine is fuel injected with different gas tank, fuel pump, engine computer, water pump and wiring harness. 1990 wrangler has a carb.
Probably not. The engine would need to be completely disassembled, and the parts cleaned and properly oiled. Some components such as gaskets or electronics can be ruined when immersed in water. If the engine was in water for some time, or taken out of the water and left to sit for a while, some components may have rusted, which can cause them to be ruined. In general, it's cheaper to replace the engine than it is to pay someone else to strip it down and rebuild it. If you're capable of doing that work yourself, then it may be cheaper to rebuild it, but the time and effort will be substantial.
A water pump should have nothing to do with the bearing in your engine. If you are hearing a knocking from the engine then you are going to need to replace/rebuild. I have seen bad waterpumps make knocking nosies but you said it was new. Id check your work!
Drain the water coolant from the engine. Remove the water hoses. Remove the front engine cover. Remove the retaining nuts from the water pump. Reverse the process to install the new water pump.
it's in front said of the engine under the water pump for V8 4.7L ....
Change your oil cooler.
Connecting rods that are bent. Either way, you are looking probably at an engine rebuild at best, possibly and more likely an engine replacement.
for 4.0 liter engine it was located at the upper water outlet pipe above the water pump
