It's really amazingly expensive. Really. Expensive. It can be upwards of $50,000 per year. And there aren't many scholarships/grants for a JD program. You pay for it with loans, which you have to pay back. Most lawyers graduate with a *lot* of debt.
But the cost of law school does vary. For the lucky few of us who live in states with a public law school as part of the state university system, going to that public law school can save a lot of money. And some of the public law schools are very well ranked: UConn, U Florida, etc.
You can actually see the tuition costs for each ABA accredited law school, plus how much debt the average student graduates with, if you pick up a copy of the US News and World Report Graduate School Guide, which I think is still on newstands. If not, you can get it off their website.
Princeton University does not have a Law School.
The Barry University School of Law is much better.
That will depend on if they are working or not. Some people work full time and attend law school.

A student should try to prepare for law school as much as possible during the undergraduate years. One way to prepare for law school is by majoring in Law & Legal Studies. This major can expose a student to important legal concepts that he or she will likely learn in law school. A student can get an edge this way.

There is no age limits for attending law school. Many have started at a much older age and been successful.
If you believe law school is a waste, I would re-think my plans. If you wish to become an attorney, it is not wasted.
Any law school program will thoroughly cover Probate law. Probate law is becoming a bigger and bigger part of a practice today and much time is spent on it during your studies.
There is limited equipment needed for law school. A good computer with internet access and a printer will be needed. And the books themselves are a big expense.
Both the scores of the LSAT and your academic record go into an acceptance to a law school. The decision on how much the LSAT applies to acceptance depends on the school.
The cost depends on the school. Tuition can vary based on the demand for a school, Harvard will cost more than the Toledo Law School. Tuition at state schools tends to be less expensive.
