The 32 gauge shotgun (NOT .32 caliber) is fairly rare in the US. They are more common in South America as a bird gun.
The 24 and 32 gauges are obsolete and haven't been sold by anyone for 50 years or more. If you can find one, you may well pay less than $200 for it (if you don't show too much interest in it). It won't be new, of course, but it may well have seen little use. Look in Shotgun News.
