For all Ann Taylor divisions (Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Factory Store, and Loft Outlet), it is 40% off full-price and sale items. The "Wear it's AT" program allows associates to purchase 6 full-price items each month at 50% off in their home store.

As of August 18, 2009, Ann Taylor associates receive an unlimited amount of full price items at 50% off at any division. They however, receive no additional discount on any sale items at the Ann Taylor division, but they receive 20% off of sale items at Ann Taylor Loft, Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlets. Employees no longer receive any discount on final sale items.

As of January 2010, Associates receive and additional 20% off sale items at Ann Taylor. Still no discount on final sale items at any location.
