If you mean the 1949 .03 stamp in mint condition (not used) then it's worth about $1.50 if it is unhinged. If you shop around you can find it in some stores or shows for as low as .50 cents

I believe what you have is a model# 620A Stevens. The stamp on the barrel looks like a C but it's a 6. They started making them in 1949 and are worth about $150.00 in VG condition.
