You will be going through New York on the George Washington Bridge (toll). On I-95 there are a few cities that you will bypass: firstly, you will bypass Providence, Rhode Island by taking I-295 SOUTH (EXIT 4 off I-95 in MASSACHUSETTS). Secondly, bypass downtown Baltimore by taking I-895 crossing Baltimore Harbor via HARBOR TUNNEL (toll tunnel) (Harbor Tunnel Thruway) (toll road). Lastly, you will bypassing Washington, D.C. via I-95/495 (Capitol Beltway) SOUTH.Take I-64 EAST to Williamsburg.
The current (as of December 30, 2010) toll for cars on the Queens-Midtown Tunnel is $6.50 cash (without E-ZPass) and $4.80 with E-ZPass.

There is no toll on the Williamsburg Bridge. The Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges are toll-free. The only crossing that connects Brooklyn to Manhattan that has a toll is the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel.
It depends on how you pay and what you drive. The standard toll for a regular passenger vehicle paying cash is $13 and motorcycles pay $12.
If you have already gone through the tunnel or one of Sydney's other cashless toll roads, you must buy an E-pass within 48 hours of your trip. This is done by going to http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/usingroads/etoll/pass/index.html and filling out the form for the E-toll pass. Please be informed, you are not to buy an e-toll TAG, but an E-toll PASS. You must purchase an E-pass unless you already have an e-tag, which you would know if you did.

Yes, as with the Holland Tunnel, you pay the toll when traveling from NJ to NY. No toll when traveling from NY to NJ.
