What is a liberty Doppler worth
The dollor is worth a dollar, unless it's a high grade Mint State coin or Proof coin
Assuming the coin is circulated, retail value is $17.00-$26.00
depending on the grade unc could plus be 500 to 5ooo dollors
$1 unless it has an "S" mintmark and then it is a 40% silver coin worth silver melt value which at the time of writing is worth about $6.50. But Ike dollars really aren't worth too much to collectors unless they have the "S" mintmark and are silver.
The US made NO silver dollars dated 1821, look at the coin again and post new question.
This coin was issued as Proof and uncirculated. Both have the same retail values in $20.00-$25.00 range.

$1. I'm assuming you mean an Eisenhower dollar with a copper band on the reeding? That is because the Eisenhower dollar was struck in copper-nickel and not silver, as such it is only worth $1.
1963 is a common date for half dollars and the value is primarily for the coin's silver content. At present, it's worth around $11.
It's Dollar not dollor and the coin is a Ben Franklin Half dollar not a "liberty" half dollar and value is likely $5.00 just for the silver, only high grade mint state coins have better values.
