I have just contacted the local ABC board to apply for an alcohol license for my store.It is a minimum of $100,000.00 liquor liability insurance coverage for a store in the state of Alabama.heres the number for the abc board out of Montgomery :1-334-213-6313 in case you need more info than I can give.

Absolutely you do. You also need Liquor Liability insurance. Look up "Dram shop act" You can be sued if anything happens when a person leaves the site intoxicated and they get into an accident. You dont have insurance or a license to sell alcohol - it can cause you to be in a lot of trouble.

In Illinois liquor licenses are not transferable or assignable.
I doubt it, were I you, I would check this with whatever company you are purchasing this event coverage from.
